Refund Policy

We want you in a game you're happy with. Here's how refunds work for direct purchases on this site. (Bookings made through StartPlaying follow that platform's policy.)

Trial Pass ($30, one-time)

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet joined a world or participated in play.
• Once you've joined a world or after 7 days have passed, the Trial Pass is non-refundable.

Weekly subscription ($15/week and custom rates)

• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
• The current week's charge is non-refundable, and you keep access through the end of the week you've paid for.
• If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund or cancel

Message us in our Discord or email [contact email]. Subscriptions can also be cancelled directly through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please reach out first, we're a one-person studio and we'd rather fix it than fight a chargeback.
