• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (name, email, last four digits) but never your full card number.
• Email address: if you join our newsletter or buy a pass, so we can contact you about your purchase and campaign announcements.
• Discord identity: when you join our server, governed by Discord's own privacy policy.
• In-browser data: our free character builders and onboarding save drafts to your browser's local storage on your device. That data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We use no interest-based cookies.

4. How we use it

To deliver the service you paid for, greet you, place you in a world, send the announcements you opted into, and keep the community running.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from announcements at any time, request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold, and clear your browser's local storage to remove saved character drafts. Email us to make a request.
